Generations - Bridging the Gap with Type

Every generation forms a collective group that shares the same cultural touchstones, a similar social history, the same technology, and a shared attiutude towards and reaction against the generation before it. The generational connections are are fascinating and powerful handles for us to have on ourselves and eachother.

We now have four generations communicating, living and working with each other - Millenials, Generation X, Baby Boomers and Traditionals. Each of these generations links to one of the Temperaments. Exploring and illustrating the unique outlooks, world views, motives and behavioural styles of these four generations gives us an important new way to understand and support our worklaces and relationships.
